The Village of Lakeway on the south shore of Lake Travis was originally developed in the 1960's. Today the Lakeway area consists of several additional developments including The Hills, Flint Rock Falls and Falcon Head. The Lakeway area includes a city park, two elementary schools, an activity center and a community swim center, the Lakeway Resort and Spa, the Lakeway Marina, four golf courses, an airpark and miles of hike/bike trails. Located on Hwy 620S approximately 5 miles north of Hwy 71W.
